Reflections
I visited this spot several hours
prior to taking the shot wanting to come back when the lighting was
softer. As you can see from the image the day before the opening of shrimp
season the skies were clear and the water calm. Shortly after this image was
taken the boats left the docks to spend the night in the Mississippi Sound in
preparation for the opening of the shrimp season. This image was made with
an old Pentax ME super camera, 50 mm 1.7 lens, no filter, 100 ISO film, aperture
F 16 at 1/125 ("sunny F16 rule"), hand held.
